Project History
Crispins Crispian is a family owned company which specialises in real estate investment and development, structured finance and music production. Our Director comes from an investment banking background, having developed, or procured debt / equity for multi-billions of dollars of development projects in all major states / territories in Australia. This includes airports, theme parks, golf courses, residential subdivisions (entire suburbs), residential apartments, and commercial and industrial portfolios. Crispins’ itself has developed hundreds of millions of dollars in projects and investments since its founding in 2014.
Crispins’ developments / investments are in Canberra, and focus on design-led, high quality value-add opportunities underpinned by the relatively stable ACT economy.
Crispins also has a real estate license and has sold all of its residential projects under that license.
